Guacamole – everybody knows it! It taste good, looks good and take just a few minutes to prepare. It works very well as a “let’s watch tonight soccer together, bring something small with you” thing, or as a barbecue extra.
And because the soccer season just started (after summer break) and the barbecue season is not over yet it is a perfect time for quick Guacamole! Isn’t it???
And this is what you need:
- 1 “ready to eat“ avocado
- juice out of ½ sweet lime
- 2 spring onions – chopped
- ½ chili pepper – cored and chopped
- cilantro bundlel– finely chopped
And this is how I do it:
Halve the avocado and take out the stone. Put the avocado flesh and the lime juice into a bowl and squeeze with the fork – it doesn’t have to be smoothly, I like when there is something to bite on – add onions, chili and cilantro. Mix it well and taste it. Add salt and rest of the juice if need it:)
So, that’s it!!! Have nice Guacamole and live “like” if you like it!!!
PS. I like cilantro so I use a lot of it, but you can take half of it or just live it.
Don’t forget that Avocado change the colour very fast, so lime juice have to be used quickly.
PS.Don’t you just love those colours??
